A saint-making record is also a diplomatic headache for Pope Francis →
ROME — Pope Francis canonized more than 800 Catholics in Saint Peters Square Sunday the largest number to be elevated to sainthood at once in the history of the Catholic Church. The choice of some of the new saints was also striking, touching on the already-fragi &
Regardless of what faith you have(including no faith whatsoever), how is it that this is a bad move? If Muslims find this offensive then maybe they should stop worrying about what some other church does. That being said, I assume most Muslims could care less about who the Catholic Church/Pope decides to canonize. This article panders to anti-Catholic sympathizers in the most ridiculous way. How dare the Catholic Church honor their martyrs? What a terrible thing to do! Why can’t we just let people enjoy their religions, and just worry about our own.
BTW, I was raised Catholic, but have pretty much been an Agnostic follower of the teachings of Jesus/Muhammed/Gandhi/Buddha. Basically, I try my best to not be a huge dick, and if I am clearly in the wrong on something I’ll do my best to make amends.
Idk why, but I love The Californians!

[obligatory dinner joke] WATCH IT LIVE, HELP THE RATINGS, AND ENJOY.
for the record, unless you’re a Nielsen box person, it’s just as helpful to watch it on NBC.com or Hulu. The worst thing you can do for this show wait for it to finish airing and then download it. I’m not gonna be preachy about downloading - I mean, obviously I do it too - but if you’re going to download it, please watch it on one of those sites as well. Downloading is good for gifs and things, of course, but this show needs every single viewer to watch it in some measurable way.
Please watch on HULU folks! It’s an 8/10 for me. Not sure why NBC would cancel it, it’s not doing much worse than any other show they’ve got hahaha.

There is nothing more pleasing than the Frasier title sequence.
This show. It’s so visually stunning, I can hardly believe it exists.
The artistry is amazing. The gore is scientific like CSI, but verging on the level of carnage from AMC’s The Walking Dead. Not quite as much, but constantly far more bizarre. Truly worthy of the Hannibal Lecter saga, and I hope they keep up the great work.
NBC has the best Thursday night of all basic television with this show being added to it, and if this was a few years ago… It would have been the best night of TV from any channel. Imagine Community/Park and Rec just coming out, 30 Rock/The Office in it’s prime, and this beauty as a nightcap.

And are we not created in His image?
THIS IS AMAZING
I might just start watching this show because of this .gif.

New 2012-13 NBC Comedies
ZOMG you guys, NBC is on tumblr. Don’t they know that tumblr totally hates them right now?
PS. If you’re reading this, NBC, CANCEL WHITNEY!
Nobody likes you over here, NBC.
Also, I bet Save Me is going to be SUCH A HUGE HIT. OH YEAH TOTALLY. BECAUSE EVERYONE LOVES ANNE HECHE.
There is nothing on this list that is not hilarious in concept/nature. I’m glad these are all comedies. BTW, Bill Pullman is playing the president again! He should give ALL THE SPEECHES
These are all jokes, right? Because if these are real shows, then this was obviously the year I could have gotten my spec pilot “TALKING FART MACHINE: THE INCREDIBLE ADVENTURES OF A MACHINE THAT FARTS (AND ALSO TALKS! NOT BAD, RIGHT?)” picked up for a 15 episode order and I missed it.
Tell you what, I am gonna not watch the fuck out of some ANIMAL PRACTICE. I’mma strain myself, not watching that.
Matthew Perry in Goon, a prequel to Goonies.
Also Animal Practice to be cancelled and replaced with Manimal Practice mid-season. Guaranteed!
Keep it called ‘30 Rock,’ just switch the focus to any of these spectacular businesses operating in and around 30 Rockefeller Plz, like, say, ‘Tossed,’ a journey of two vegan 20-somethings, or perhaps, ‘Yummy Sushi,’ so fresh it’s raw. Related: NBC, hope you like tumblr pitchforks.
Wow. I’m not quite sure what to say. Does NBC hate the idea of having viewers? Maybe Save Me, 1600 PENN, and Next Caller have a chance… god, that was really hard to type in a serious manner.
The more you know
I’m pretty sure that’s a duck.

Community: Jeff and the Dean sing Kiss from a Rose, crazy hippie Jesus, blanket fort, high hula piano playing!
Reminded me of my trip down to NOLA with some friends for the Mardi Gras following the Saints Super Bowl win!
We were in this kinda empty bar on Oak Street singing to a burlesque troupe from Atlanta, GA. One of my buddies made a friend that night, and they had a good time out back by the dumpster.
That’s NOLA, baby!
