That being said, I’m not too sure I like the idea of an all SEC Nat’l Champs game. There is something about it that doesn’t feel right. Of course if there were a playoff system there would probably be an SEC Nat’l Champs game every year.

Initially went to B-Dubs to watch Mizzou vs. OU, but it was packed because of a UFC fight. Decided to try out Applebee’s. The beers were a buck or two more, and I ended up spending $30 on food and drinks. I get it’s not a lot to most people, but I like getting a good value. I can understand why places like Applebee’s don’t actually put their prices on the beer/wine/liquor menus.
Ended up going back to B-Dubs thinking the fight would be over, but it was only just beginning. Ended up getting seats right with a perfect view of the fight. It was okay, but I’m not sure why people get so into it.
Went to a bar around 11 with some coworkers and realized that I don’t really have a lot to talk about with them besides work. I don’t think it’s really a bad thing for me, but it would still be nice to be able to talk. Also, they are making it a career whereas I’m just gonna be there for a few months, so we tend to look at things a little different.
Last week Mizzou played W. Illinois and won in glorious, perverted fashion.
I’m sure we’ll get blown out by OU today, but as long as we beat kU this season won’t be a total loss.
